Not just for crispy bacon or golden pancakes (don’t worry, we’ve got those covered), but for something Hobart was missing: a bold, all-day diner where locals and tourists could kick back, refuel, and feel right at home. We created Gigi’s to bring something fresh to the Hobart cafe scene - a playful, stylish space serving up seriously good comfort food in Hobart, from early breakfast to lazy brunches and beyond. With red booths, cheeky neon signs, and a touch of Scandinavian cool, Gigi’s flips the script on tradition. It’s sunny-side up vibes, every day of the week.
